As to what follows:
In response to your question, we say, and with Allah Almighty lies all success:
From what is apparent to me, there is nothing wrong with a woman using that for removing whatever is sunnah to remove of hair. However, the sunnah for removing hair from the private area is to shave it, not pluck it. So it is better not to pluck, whether by waxing or anything else. Rather, she should use a razor for that.
May Allah grant us and you guidance for whatever He loves and is pleased with.
