الجواب

All praise is due to Allah alone, and may the Salah and Salam of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions. To answer your question, we say while seeking all the success from Allah: If she did perform Umrah before, then do not perform it on her behalf because the only case where it is allowed for a person to perform Umrah on behalf of another individual is in the case of the obligatory Umrah (i.e. the first Umrah) when the person is unable to do it.
