In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
I ask Allah to give you cure and to make you obedient to him. with regards to your suppressing and withholding your wind; it is not necessary for you to do that because of the difficulty and harm involved in it. Thus The Prophet (peace be on him) said in a hadith agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): “No prayer can be (rightly said) when the food is there (before the worshipper), or when he is prompted by the call of nature.” If your condition is like what you have described that wind comes out continuously then it’s coming out will not inconvenience you after you have made ablution as long as you do not break your ablution with something else that is not passing out of wind. This (ruling) is on condition that the passing out of wind is continuous.
And Allah knows best.
