Praise be to Allah, and may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and his companions. Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. As to what follows: In response to your question, we say: This actions consists of many evils and points of destructions. Firstly: Your actions are prohibited during fasting and outside because anal intercourse is a major sin and a number of hadiths state that the Prophet (peace be upon him) cursed those who have anal intercourse with women. Therefore, fear Allah and leave this deed. If you persist in doing this then your wife is permitted to ask for divorce. If we assume that your wife agrees to such an evil deed, then the judge should annul your marriage. Secondly: Your actions violated the sanctity of fasting. And spoiled it Anal intercourse is much more destructive than normal intercourse which is prohibited during the day in Ramadan. It was reported in the Sahihayn that “ A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said, “l am ruined O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)!" The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) asked him, “What has ruined you?" The man replied, ‘I had intercourse with my wife during the day in Ramadan while fasting)” [Al-Bukhari (6711) Muslim (111)]. Undoubtedly anal intercourse is worse and results in five things: 1- The invalidity of fasting. 2-It is compulsory for you not to engage in any matter which breaks fast for the rest of the day. 3. Repentance and engaging in many good deeds. 4. Expiation which is freeing a slave, and if you cannot find a slave, then you should fast for two consecutive months, and if you cannot do that then you should feed sixty poor people. 5. Making up for the spoiled day according to the majority of the scholars. However, the correct position is that making up for that day will not benefit a person because he deliberately broke his fast.
