Does a bath, whether it is obligatory, recommended, or allowed (regular bath), suffice in the place of making wudhu? What are the conditions for it if it is permissible? And what is the evidence for that? الاغتسال هل يجزئ عن الوضوء ؟

Praise be to Allah, and may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and his companions.
As to what follows:
In response to your question, we say, and with Allah Almighty lies all success:
Yes, an obligatory and recommended bath suffices for wudhu if the person gargled and blew his nose with water, as in the statement of Allah in the verse of purity:
“And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves.” [Al-Ma’idah 5:6].
And there is no mention of wudhu here.
As for a regular bath, then one must perform wudhu, because the condition for wudhu is to wash each part in the right sequence, and this does not occur by simply pouring water all over the body. So if you take a bath for cleanliness or for cooling off, then make wudhu for prayer afterward.
